Lead the development of utility-scale gas-fired generation projects from origination through to NTP.
Direct site selection, permitting, environmental approvals, interconnection, commercial negotiations, and regulatory strategy across a portfolio of projects.
Manage relationships with utilities, ISOs/RTOs, landowners, regulatory agencies, EPC partners, and key external stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a team of development professionals, overseeing project execution, budgets, schedules, and development risk.
Support commercial strategy, acquisitions, financing, and project transactions by providing technical and development expertise.
Requirements
8+ years of utility-scale power development experience, with a strong track record developing gas-fired generation projects.
Demonstrated experience leading projects through site control, permitting, interconnection, commercial agreements, and construction readiness.
Strong understanding of U.S. power markets, permitting frameworks, and ISO/RTO processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple projects.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, Planning, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
