Manager, Power Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of large-scale power delivery initiatives, from early-stage feasibility through final commercial energization.
• Assess site readiness for high-load infrastructure by evaluating grid capacity, utility timelines, and interconnection constraints.
• Negotiate commercial terms and technical requirements with utilities, suppliers, and external engineering partners.
• Align electrical infrastructure planning with construction and design schedules to ensure synchronized project delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in energy infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale power project delivery
• Familiarity with grid interconnection processes or utility coordination
• Experience working across technical and commercial stakeholders in complex infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated ability to support or lead commercial discussions tied to energy supply or infrastructure access.
• Experience securing power for large-scale data center sites is strongly preferred.
