Lead commercial development of large-load infrastructure projects, including colocated data centers with on-site or adjacent generation (BESS, renewables, and backup thermal).
Manage relationships and negotiations with hyperscalers, data center operators, and other large energy users to structure power and infrastructure solutions.
Originate and execute commercial agreements, including energy supply arrangements, site development partnerships, and power infrastructure contracts.
Coordinate with internal and external technical teams to advance projects from early-stage development through commercial structuring and contracting.
Represent the company in strategic discussions with major customers, partners, and senior stakeholders to support growth in large-load and data center markets.
Key Requirements
10–15+ years of experience in the energy sector, with exposure to utility-scale power infrastructure, development, or origination; plus data centers.
Direct experience working with or within a hyperscale or large data center environment.
Background in large-load energy solutions, such as utility-scale storage, renewables, natural gas backup generation, or grid interconnection strategies.
Technical foundation in engineering (undergraduate engineering degree preferred), with the ability to engage deeply on power infrastructure topics.
Strong commercial and deal-making experience, including structuring energy contracts, partnerships, or large infrastructure transactions.
