Our Team
James brings to the table a wealth of 22 years' experience in the technology recruitment field, having previously held the position of Managing Director at a publicly listed tech recruitment firm. His area of expertise lies in Change & Transformation recruitment.
With more than 20 years of experience in tech recruitment, Ben has previously overseen the specialist tech division of a major recruitment organisation. His particular area of expertise lies in Change & Transformation recruitment.
With over 12 years of experience recruiting specialist talent within the renewable energy sector, Tony has a proven track record partnering with many leading multinational energy companies across the industry.
Chris is an experienced consultant with over 5 years in renewables recruitment. He has built a strong reputation in the industry by managing major client accounts and delivering both permanent and contract services.
With over 12 years of experience within the recruitment industry, Dan is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

As our financial controller, Becky manages all financial operations and provides expert guidance and advice to our team. She is a dedicated financial controller and ensures our finances are in order.
Our office Finance and Operations are managed seamlessly by Claire. Claire's exceptional organizational skills keep the office running like clockwork while she manages all finance administration.
Danielle is a positive individual with a can do attitude, and an eye for detail. Process and compliance driven, to drive efficiencies where possible.
Sophia has over 10 years marketing experience and is passionate about digital marketing.
