With the predominantly project based nature of the renewable energy market, our specialist team work solely with a resource pool of candidates in specific areas. By combining this approach with market leading recruitment technology, we’re able to identify the ‘best fit’ contract resource within our client’s budget and, very often, tight timescales. Contract hiring is a straightforward process, our clients provide us with a daily budget for the resource and we provide the right level of profiles within budget and within 48 hours.
Hiring a new member of staff is a significant investment for any size of business. The time it takes to actually identify the right person is often not considered, let alone the time wasted if the wrong person is hired. Kinekta’s approach minimises the time our clients spend on hiring, our team’s depth of knowledge, industry network, and our detailed screening process ensures the quality of candidate is at the right level for the role. Our fee for hiring a permanent member of staff is an agreed percentage of the annual salary, once the candidate has started.
When a client requires a more focused search campaign or have volume recruitment needs, we’ll tailor a solution to source that individual or team. This may involve, a statement of work service, a one off executive level permanent/interim appointment or building a new project team made up of both contract and permanent resource. We are able to provide a flexible solution to deliver the required outcome. Whatever the challenge, we’re able to provide one off quotes for this service tailored to your specific needs.
We’ve further developed our offering to provide flexible modular solutions to support our clients’ needs so that we effectively become an outsourced talent team. This enables us to provide innovative solutions to assist with all aspects of renewable energy talent management, including recruitment planning, direct candidate management, salary benchmarking, referencing and onboarding. Any costs associated with this service are offset against our recruitment fees.
