Director M&A (Sell-Side)

Responsibilities

• Lead divestitures of utility-scale solar and BESS projects
• Prepare offering materials, lead and manage transactions
• Conduct buyer outreach and support due diligence
• Lead contract negotiations for sales and other agreements
• Manage cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and pricing recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years in transactions or commercial roles in renewable energy, utilities, or IPPs
• Sell-side experience is required for this position
• Experience with complex deals, preferably including battery storage and tax equity structures
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and lead teams
