Business Development Lead

Kinekta are currently partnered with a clean energy service provider that focuses on providing development, engineering and construction services across renewable multiple technology types in the US. They are searching for a Business Development Lead to join their team, to build and execute their BD strategy for existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Apply market knowledge and analyse industry scenarios
  • Engage, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients including large corporate entities, solar developers, and financial institutions
  • Consistently pursue new and repeat business opportunities in solar development, engineering, and construction services
  • Formulate and deploy customer acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in the solar or clean energy sector
  • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, or sales within solar, battery storage, or related renewable energy industries
  • Solid understanding of solar energy systems and clean energy market dynamics
