Technical Engineer – Offshore Systems
- Belgium
- Competitive salary
As a Technical Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of the specialised offshore equipment installed across our client's fleet of offshore vessels. The emphasis is on maintenance preparation, mobilisations, system integration and offshore equipment.
Working from a Belgian headquarters, you'll provide technical support for a wide range of offshore systems used on the fleet, including lifting, handling, subsea and mission-critical equipment. You'll prepare technical interventions, analyse operational challenges, and contribute to the continuous improvement of offshore systems across the fleet.
This is not a sailing or crew position. You'll be primarily based at the Belgian headquarters and support vessels remotely, with occasional visits to vessels, shipyards, suppliers, or project locations when technical assessments or preparations are required.
By working across multiple vessels and offshore systems, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and contribute directly to the operational success of offshore activities worldwide.

- Perform technical assessments on board vessels and in shipyards when required.
- Collaborate closely with vessel crews, operational teams, equipment manufacturers and fellow engineers.
- Stay informed about developments and innovations in offshore equipment and maritime technologies.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
- 5 years of experience in a complex technical engineering environment.
