Advise senior leadership on corporate, commercial, governance, compliance, and infrastructure-related legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and corporate agreements, including term sheets, NDAs, amendments, and strategic arrangements.
Provide legal support throughout the development, financing, construction, acquisition, operation, and disposition of power and digital infrastructure projects.
Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate legal workstreams, budgets, counterparties, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Support corporate governance, entity management, approvals, risk allocation, contractual obligations, and other day-to-day legal matters.
Requirements
10+ years of relevant legal experience across corporate, commercial, transactional, development, or in-house legal environments.
Experience with power, energy, data centers, telecommunications, utilities, or other complex infrastructure projects required.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Strong drafting, negotiation, legal analysis, issue-spotting, and corporate documentation skills.
Active U.S. bar license and good standing, with Texas licensure or the ability to support Texas-based matters.
