Site Selection & Developer Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate powered land opportunities from initial screening through acquisition by assessing power availability, site feasibility, environmental considerations, permitting requirements, and overall readiness for hyperscale data center projects.
• Manage long-term capacity planning and development pipeline forecasting to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet both current customer commitments and future growth.
• Negotiate and execute land purchase and lease agreements with landowners, brokers, and development partners.
• Structure and lead commercial real estate transactions that optimize cost, delivery timelines, and strategic flexibility across an expanding data center portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate or infrastructure development with direct involvement in data center projects from site origination through transaction close.
• Ability to interpret and assess technical due diligence materials, including utility reports, geotechnical investigations, environmental studies, title documents, and related site documentation.
• Demonstrated success leading complex real estate transactions and closing high-value land acquisition or leasing deals.
