Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related discipline,
8+ years working in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or advisory roles focused on energy infrastructure.
Experience leading acquisitions of thermal power assets across the US.
Demonstrated track record of leading acquisitions or investments involving power generation or similar infrastructure assets.
Strong capability in financial modeling, asset valuation, and structuring complex transactions.
