Director Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-year pipeline of data center, powered-land, power, and infrastructure opportunities.
• Source greenfield projects, JV partnerships, project acquisitions, and M&A opportunities across key U.S. markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, power companies, infrastructure firms, and other strategic partners.
• Lead opportunities through evaluation and execution, coordinating with power, engineering, development, finance, and commercial teams.
• Manage financial analysis, risk assessment, underwriting, pipeline prioritization, and investment committee/board materials.

Requirements

• Senior-level business development or project origination experience within data centers/HPC infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, including power availability, land, development readiness, and infrastructure constraints.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities through market outreach, relationship building, and direct partner engagement.
• Experience evaluating greenfield developments, JVs, project acquisitions, or M&A opportunities.
• Working knowledge of power markets and experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical, commercial, finance, and executive teams.
