Requirements
5+ years real estate experience with direct exposure to data center development, including hands-on involvement in large-scale projects from origination through close.
Comfortable reading and understanding technical site documentation; including utility studies, geotechnical reports, environmental assessments, and title packages.
A track record of getting complex, high-value real estate deals across the line.
