Vice President, Development

US - Remote with travel

$225K to $250K + Bonus + Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle development from greenfield through to COD for data center and utility-scale power generation projects.
• Lead a team of junior developers to develop large-scale data center projects.
• Identify and pursue new development opportunities, evaluating markets and business models to grow the project pipeline.
• Assist with building and expanding the land development strategy for the organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading the full cycle development of data centers and/or utility-scale power projects across multiple ISOs.
• 3+ years of direct data center development experience - development, design and construction.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects from conception to commercial operation.
• Experience building and managing relationships across enterprise clients, utilities, and project partners.
