Project Manager (Construction)

- $200,000 - $260,000 per annum
Location: US (Remote)
Salary: $200K-$260K base
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Own budgets, cash flow forecasting, and change control processes, tracking performance against KPIs
- Act as the central communication point for stakeholders, providing clear and consistent project updates
- Manage contracts end-to-end, including RFPs, bid analysis, awards, and close-out
- Lead cross-functional teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in an engineering discipline, ideally with construction management qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or data centre construction
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, procurement processes, and cost control
