Lead all aspects of engineering, procurement, and construction for renewable, thermal, and energy storage projects on greenfield and brownfield sites.
Conduct technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and value engineering to optimize project design, cost, and schedule.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing engineering and EPC oversight team across multiple projects.
Oversee procurement and vendor management for major equipment packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and long-term performance.
Direct commissioning, handover to operations, and coordination with stakeholders, lenders, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related technical field.
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred and OSHA 30-hour certification required.
Proven experience leading utility-scale renewable projects and thermal/gas through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Deep knowledge of EPC contracting models, grid interconnection, substation design, and relevant codes and standards.
