Director Origination

Responsibilities:

• Originate, develop and execute a pipeline of competitive data center development sites.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including site selection, permitting, grid interconnection and commercial offtake negotiations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers, partners, and suppliers to maximize company value.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage development budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Represent the company with stakeholders, industry forums, and public authorities, supporting strategy, approvals, and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in energy origination and/or development for power generation or data centers.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of project commercial and contractual structures.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
