Sales Development Role

  • Rochester, Kent
  • £28,000 per annum

Salary: £28,000 (£45,000 OTE) Uncapped commission

As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, you will operate at the start of the commercial sales process.

You will be trained to:

  • Research and identify target organisations
  • Engage senior decision-makers professionally
  • Conduct structured commercial discovery conversations
  • Clearly articulate the value of energy analysis
  • Secure Letters of Authorisation (LoAs)
  • Qualify and hand over high-value opportunities to senior sales colleagues

You will work closely with experienced Business Development Managers and gain exposure to real commercial negotiations and strategy.

Development & Progression

This is not a static SDR role.

Successful candidates can progress into:

  • Business Development Manager
  • Senior Commercial Sales
  • Wider commercial leadership roles within the Group
