Development Associate

Location: US - Vermont (on-site)

Salary: $100K - $140K + Bonus

Kinekta are currently partnered fast-growing clean energy developer on a mission to accelerate the deployment of solar, battery storage, and EV infrastructure across the U.S. They are searching for an Associate Developer to assist with the development of their projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of utility-scale solar, wind and BESS across the US.
• Oversee project development from inception through to NTP.
• Access technical and financial viability working with cross function teams.
• Oversee permitting, interconnection, PPA negotiations and compliance.
• Reaching out and communicating with land owners and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience utility-scale renewable energy projects, wind is a plus.
• Proven track recording developing utility-scale solar projects across the US.
• Experience leading development from greenfield through to NTP.
• A technical understanding of renewable energy projects would be a place.
