Lead execution of acquisitions for power assets, managing deal timelines, workstreams, and day-to-day transaction activities.
Build, review, and maintain sophisticated asset-level financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
Coordinate and lead comprehensive due diligence across commercial, technical, legal, regulatory, environmental, tax, and insurance areas.
Support deal strategy, negotiations, and preparation of investment committee, management, and board-level materials.
Provide post-acquisition support, including integration planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of transaction processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or similar preferred.
5–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or energy/power-focused advisory roles, with transaction execution experience.
Expert-level financial modeling and valuation skills for power or infrastructure assets, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex workstreams, manage external advisors, communicate with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
