Senior Asset Manager

💸$170 - $200K Base

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and operational asset management of a portfolio of utility-scale solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Oversee project performance, budgets, forecasts, financial models, and asset-level reporting.
• Manage relationships with project partners, lenders, offtakers, utilities, O&M providers and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and execute initiatives to improve asset performance, revenue, availability and long-term value.
• Lead contract management, major project issues, compliance matters and key commercial decisions throughout the asset lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or power asset management.
• Direct experience managing utility-scale renewable energy assets, ideally across solar, wind and/or BESS.
• Strong understanding of project finance, financial modelling, PPA/offtake structures and asset-level economics.
• Proven experience managing external stakeholders, contractors and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, financial and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex asset-level decisions independently.
