Contract duration: Initial 12-months

We are seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Package Manager to lead the structuring, negotiation and delivery of the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) package for major offshore wind projects from CfD award through to Final Investment Decision (FID) and handover to Operations.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for HSE, scope, quality, budget, schedule and risk management across the entire WTG package lifecycle, with a strong focus on negotiation and management of the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA).

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end management of the WTG package from CfD award to FID and through delivery to Operations
• Structure the full WTG package scope, defining interfaces, timelines and execution strategy
• Lead the WTG package team and act as the primary interface with turbine suppliers
• Drive the WTG tender process in close collaboration with Procurement
• Lead and support negotiation of the Turbine Supply Agreement (TSA)
• Manage the TSA post-signature, including variations, claims and contractual performance
• Oversee engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities
• Ensure robust HSE and quality management aligned with established governance frameworks
• Plan and control package budget, resources and schedule, identifying and mitigating technical and commercial risks
• Prepare tender evaluations, supplier recommendations, decision papers and risk reports in support of FID

Requirements
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of large-scale electrical and mechanical systems
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior project management roles within major infrastructure or energy projects
• Proven experience delivering WTG packages for offshore wind projects, including involvement in TSA negotiation
• Project Management certification desirable
