Interconnection Manager

Responsibilities:

• Own, oversee and improve the entire transmission and interconnection process of the organization, with a focus on large-load interconnection. 
• Evaluate potential sites through technical and grid capacity assessments.
• Build tools and processes that streamline technical diligence.
• Translate engineering constraints into clear guidance for development and commercial teams.
• Coordinate with utilities, ISOs, and external partners to advance projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in interconnection, transmission planning or power systems engineering for large-scale power generation projects.
• Large-load interconnection experience is preferred. 
• Bachelors degree in electrical, power systems engineering or other relevant fields.
• Proficiency with modeling and design tools (AutoCAD, GIS etc.).
• Strong understanding of interconnection processes and utility/ISO coordination.
