Senior Consultant – Offshore Wind

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Offshore Wind team, supporting clients delivering some of the industry's most significant projects across Europe.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing an Offshore Wind recruitment desk
• Working with developers, OEMs, EPCs, consultancies and contractors
• Managing contract and permanent recruitment assignments
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Building strong client and candidate networks across the Offshore Wind market
• Acting as a market specialist and trusted advisor
• Delivering against revenue targets

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience within renewable energy, engineering, infrastructure or technical markets
• Strong business development skills
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Commercially driven and target-focused mindset
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ambition to grow within a specialist market
