As we approach the close of 2024, we’re proud to look back at what has been an exceptional year for Kinekta. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, we’ve achieved remarkable growth, expanded our reach, and strengthened our position as a trusted partner in the Renewable Energy recruitment industry.

August 2024 marked a huge moment for Kinekta, as we celebrated our 2-year anniversary since rebranding, a pivotal milestone that reflects our expansion.

2024 saw Kinekta achieve 200% growth in contract revenue, underlining the trust our clients place in us and the effectiveness of our tailored recruitment solutions.

Our focus on offshore wind, onshore wind, and transmission and distribution has driven our success this year. We’ve partnered with industry-leading developers and Tier 1 contractors at key locations such as the North Sea, Baltic Sea, and Irish Sea. Reaching the UK, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and Spain.

Our growth this year wouldn’t have been possible without the addition of incredible talent to our team. We were thrilled to welcome Luca Martinez, whose expertise has been a fantastic addition to the business. Harry Deal, who transitioned from our sister company, Synapri, bringing valuable cross-divisional insights, and Sophie Wigmore, who stepped into the role of Contracts and Talent Manager, helping us manage the increasing demand for our services.

Giving back has always been a core value at Kinekta, and this year we proudly partnered with Abigail’s Footsteps, a charity close to our hearts. The team came together for a series of fundraising activities, including: a 5km inflatable challenge, the “5k a day, 5 days a week” February challenge, a bake sale and the Synapri x Kinekta cook-off, which Kinekta proudly won with their Caribbean-inspired feast.

To cap off these efforts, our very own Chris Landis took part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, alongside Synapri’s Ian Egdell, Michael Parker, and Ryan Eastwood.

Thanks to these combined efforts and the incredible generosity of everyone who donated, we raised an astonishing £11,475. This allowed us to fund an Abi Cooling Cot, which will soon be delivered to St George’s Hospital in Tooting, providing crucial support to families in need. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing cause.

2024 has been a significant year for our sister company, Synapri too, with notable growth in contractor numbers, team expansion, and the launch of their Public Sector division where the team successfully secured approvals on major frameworks, including Crown Commercial Service RM6277, G-Cloud 14, Constellia Neutral Vendor Framework, and PSR: SOW.

Additionally, Synapri rebranded to reflect the company’s evolution over the past five years, unveiling a new look and website in March driving record engagement and volumes of traffic. Their efforts didn’t go unnoticed as they were shortlisted for Best IT/Technology Recruitment Agency and Recruitment Agency of the Year (20–34 Employees).

As we celebrate 2024’s milestones, we remain focused on the future, continuing to deliver exceptional results for our clients, supporting candidates, and driving positive change in our industry and communities.

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to our clients, candidates and our incredible team for your support. Here’s to an even brighter 2025!
