Land Manager

Responsibilities:

• An experienced renewable energy professional with demonstrated experience of identifying, analysing and securing land rights for renewable energy projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain an origination strategy that considers the key activities required to deliver solar farms.
• Contribute to securing satisfactory project opportunities and to collaborate closely with our grid, operations and planning teams.
• Manage, negotiate and secure land option and lease agreements.

Experience:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience as a land manager, identifying, negotiating and securing land rights for solar, BESS and co-located projects and other renewable technologies.
• Ability to use GIS or other spatial environmental and planning software systems.
• You will have extensive experience in negotiating and securing Exclusivity Agreements, Head of Terms, Option and Lease Agreements, Wayleave and Easements.
