With multiple solar projects under construction in Ireland and further projects in the pipeline going into construction for 2026, my client is actively seeking to hire a HSE Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across Ireland.
Purpose of the job:
To supervise and ensure that all site activities within the assigned PV Solar sites are constructed and operated to the highest standard of Health, Safety and Environment through the delivery of the HSE strategy and engagement to ensure continuous improvement, world class performance and the development of a positive health and safety culture.
We seek a Health and Safety Supervisor to monitor and supervise that projects under construction are delivered to the highest standard of Health, Safety and Environmental control and in compliance with the HSE strategy documented in business guidelines and as documented in the construction contracts.
Experience:
- Experience of carrying out a Health and Safety role ideally in the process and/or construction industry.
- Experience of implementing the requirements of regulations, including the Safety, Health, and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
- Experience holding the PSCS and/or PSDP roles (desirable).
- Experience of Health and Safety auditing.
