Hybrid role in Europe with some travel to Poland
Major European based Offshore Wind Farm project kicking off the construction phase asap.
Our client is Seeking an HSSE Manager to integrate local requirements into projects, uphold legislative compliance, and ensure safety across offshore wind operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish HSSE Manual and KPIs
- Develop an Emergency Response Plan
- Ensure local and international compliance
- Track safety incidents and provide training
- Define PPE requirements and audits
- Certify third-party contractors
- Establish training matrix for technicians (WTG & BoP), Tracking of training certificates, Establish PtW process
Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc in relevant field
- 3-5 years O&M experience in offshore wind
- 1-2 years of project management experience
