I have worked at Kinekta, as a renewable energy delivery consultant for almost 6 months.
What do you enjoy most about working at Kinekta?
We have a great team at Kinekta, who value hard working, focused recruiters and provide a great reward scheme for your success. I feel the support is a great winner here as I feel our questions and opinions are truly understood and taken on board. My favourite thing about Kinekta would be the people, we genuinely get on and have a laugh every day which creates a great environment to work in!
Do you feel comfortable asking for help from others when you need it?
The directors and consultants are very approachable, I feel I can be open and honest when needing help and advice.
Do you think Kinekta is a good place for you to develop your career?
Definitely! Coming into the recruitment industry was quite daunting for me as I was stepping into something I had no knowledge or experience in prior to joining. Kinekta provide regular training sessions and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues and managers who have years of experience in the industry. With Kinekta’s clear progression plan I am learning something new every day about the energy sector and the fast past recruitment industry.

Kinekta work with some of the largest global players in renewable power generation with its portfolio covering onshore and offshore wind farm projects, utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) solar power projects, and energy storage.
